I am writing this letter as a reference for Mama's Meatball catering service. We had the pleasure of using Nicola's service for a dinner party during the holidays. Nicola and his assistant personally prepared a feast that included salads, breads, chicken ravioli and veal for about 20 people. All were prepared fresh in our kitchen and when he was finished it was cleaned up to look as if he had never been there. I would highly recommend Nicola's services and will definitely consider him for future functions of this type.

In April 2005, we hired Nicola Allegretta and his catering business "Mama's Meat Ball" for a lunch banquet at the Santa Barbara Mission that served approximately 150 friends, family and business partners for Figuerola Laboratories.
Nicola and his professional staff provided us with a delicious three course menu, appetizers, decorations, flower arrangements and excellent service! Every single detail was very well planed and taken care off.
Nicola came out from the kitchen and introduced himself. Everyone was extremely satisfied and wanted a business card for their next event in the medical, real estate, and entertainment industries.
